Baseline Tracking in Bipolar Charge Signal Process by Dynamic Time Warping Algorithm

Electrostatic charge of solid particles can cause problems in many handling processes and need to be evaluated terms levels polarity. An inductive sensor is suitable for the evaluation both distributions particle charges at same time. However, performance sensing critically subject its signal process, which result huge errors. One error sources drifting baseline tracked, leads raw signals generated by distorted. Especially determining polarity quantity bipolar charges, distorted significant biases errors measurements, when number measured big. Currently, existing correction algorithms cannot produce a satisfied tracking. In this paper, problem has been explored according types For unipolar signals, are determined directly poles-pairing method without any further correction. new tracking developed based on dynamic time warping algorithm. Further optimization double-check process used remove ‘small hump’ signal. With results shows advantages accuracy efficiency detection compared other methods.
